As many of you know, my team and I took over Gan Shan West on Wednesday, November 1st. We do so with great honor and commitment. 

We are devoted to continuing the dedication that Patrick O'Cain, Chef Ray Hui, and their team have delivered for the past 7 years to this community. We are committed to delivering the same exemplary quality of food and service you have become accustomed to at all of our restaurants and exceeding your expectations while experiencing Gan Shan West.

I am honored that Patrick trusted in me and my team to carry on the legacy of Gan Shan. I am humbled to do so with such a supportive and vibrant neighborhood as West Asheville. If you haven’t been to Gan Shan West yet, I encourage you to stop by to try it out soon.
